Description

El objeto del contrato, es la prestación de los servicios de explotación, conservación, mantenimiento y reparaciones de la estación depuradora de aguas residuales de Villalonquejar, la retirada y gestión de los lodos producidos en la instalación. El Adjudicatario será, por tanto, el único responsable de los procesos de depuración de la EDAR a su cargo y del cumplimiento de las condiciones exigidas en la autorización de vertido, así como del cumplimiento de la legislación de aplicación en cuanto a aplicación de lodos procedentes de depuración de aguas residuales urbanas en agricultura. Se incluyen en el contrato, como prestación diferenciada, los conceptos de "Grandes Reparaciones" e Inversión de adecuación inicial, debido a que, aun siendo servicios de mantenimiento, se pueden considerar inversión, y, por tanto, requieren una contabilidad independiente y un porcentaje de IVA, a aplicar diferenciado al resto del contrato de prestación de servicios.
