Description

Las instalaciones que constituyen la sede de los Servicios Centrales de la Consejería de Agricultura, Pesca, Agua y Desarrollo Rural, (en adelante CAPADR) están ubicados en la calle Tabladilla, s/n, de Sevilla y según datos catastrales tienen una superficie de suelo de 25.751 m² y una superficie construida de 19.721 m², que incluye locales de oficinas y asimilados, almacenes, archivos, zona de aparcamiento cubierto y taller, divididos en diversos edificios y cuentan con la protección parcial tipo C en el Plan General de Ordenación Urbana (PGOU) de Sevilla. El objeto del presente contrato es la adquisición y sustitución de los actuales sistemas de climatización, así como el suministro de una plataforma inteligente centralizada de gestión de climatización de edificios, para mejorar los sistemas ya existentes con el fin de hacerlos más eficientes energéticamente, mejorando la calidad del aire interior, añadiendo más confort de los usuarios y cumpliéndose con la normativa actual. Concretamente, se sustituirán los equipos destinados a la climatización de la planta 1ª en los edificios 3 y 4, así como los de los edificios 2, 11 y 13 , incluyéndose las actuaciones y materiales necesarios para su correcta puesta en funcionamiento. Con esta actuación se contribuirá a la transición hacia una economía verde y a la reducción de emisiones de CO2, y apoyando la transición a una economía baja en carbono en todos los sectores, fomentando la eficiencia energética en la administración al optimizarse el consumo energético de las instalaciones.
