El objeto de esta contratación es, por un lado, la adquisición, instalación, configuración y puesta en marcha del equipamiento necesario para renovar la cabecera de emisiones para América; y, por otro, su soporte y mantenimiento, tanto de hardware como de software, y la formación técnica necesaria para su explotación por el personal de RTVE.
