Description

El objeto del contrato consiste en el suministro de siete (7) conversores de norma de vídeo en formato 1RU, destinados a realizar conversiones en tiempo real desde señales a 59,94 Hz a formatos operativos a 50 Hz, incluyendo la conversión de frecuencia de cuadro con compensación de movimiento y las conversiones asociadas de formato/resolución y procesado (incluyendo, cuando aplique, tratamiento de HDR/SDR y espacios de color).
