Description

El Personal de Técnico, de Gestión y Administración y Servicios, así como el Personal Docente e Investigador de la Universidad de Jaén, necesita disponer de equipamiento informático adecuado para el desarrollo de sus tareas cotidianas. En la actualidad, tanto los procedimientos de gestión universitaria como la actividad docente e investigadora son impensables sin el apoyo de herramientas y sistemas informáticos que respalden eficazmente estas funciones. La Universidad, a través de su Servicio de Informática, se encarga anualmente de proveer este tipo de equipamiento al conjunto de Servicios y Unidades administrativas, así como a los Docentes e Investigadores que los solicite. Con el fin de garantizar una dotación eficiente y homogénea, se propone la tramitación de un Acuerdo Marco para la adquisición de dicho material. Esta modalidad permitirá homologar a varias empresas especializadas y, al mismo tiempo, definir un catálogo unificado de equipamiento.
