El objetivo de este contrato es el suministro de sensores de silicio con alta resolución temporal destinados al Instituto de Física de Cantabria (IFCA), para el ensamblado de módulos del detector CMS (Compact Muon Solenoid) en el CERN (Centro Europeo para la Investigación Nuclear).
