Description

Incluye las siguientes prestaciones: 1. Suministro energético en régimen de autoconsumo al Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza en la forma descrita en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (en adelante PPTP). 2. Ocupación de 18 cubiertas de equipamientos municipales para la instalación, gestión y mantenimiento de plantas de producción de energía solar fotovoltaicas en los términos previstos en el PPTP. La prestación se ajustará exclusivamente a lo previsto en los Pliegos que rigen esta licitación y en la oferta presentada por la adjudicataria del contrato, sin perjuicio de aplicar la restante normativa que le resulte aplicable. El contrato a licitar comprende todas las prestaciones que son objeto de descripción detallada en el PPTP.
