The Consell Insular de Menorca is procuring services for the renovation of the former military telecommunications base of S'Enclusa, to be converted into island public facilities. The contract covers drafting the basic and execution project for works, activities and installations, providing site supervision, and coordinating safety and health during the works. The buildings concerned are described with measurements and intended uses in Annex I of the technical specifications. The need for the contract is justified in a report by the island director of Tourism Promotion and European Funds dated 28 July 2026, transcribed in the tender documents.
