Es objeto del presente pliego regular las condiciones y los requisitos administrativos para la gestión, el mantenimiento y la explotación de todas las instalaciones e infraestructuras asociadas y afectas a los servicios públicos municipales de abastecimiento de agua potable del municipio de Oliana, tales como las captaciones de agua en pozos o manantiales, el sistema de almacenamiento en depósitos, los equipos de tratamiento de agua potable, los grupos de impulsión y bombas, la red de abastecimiento y todos sus equipos y elementos singulares, así como la instalación y el mantenimiento de las acometidas de abastecimiento y la lectura de los contadores domiciliarios. Asimismo, comprende el apoyo en las tareas administrativas de atención a las personas usuarias, la preparación de los datos para la facturación y el seguimiento de incidencias.
