Description

Constituye el objeto del presente contrato el suministro de combustible del Ayuntamiento de Valdetorres de Jarama, configurado como contrato de suministro del artículo 16 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público (en adelante, LCSP), de tracto sucesivo y precios unitarios, y dividido en dos lotes en atención a la distinta naturaleza de los productos y de las modalidades de entrega: - Lote 1, carburantes de automoción. Suministro de gasóleo A y gasolina sin plomo 95, repostados en surtidor para los vehículos de la flota municipal. - Lote 2, gasóleo de calefacción. Suministro de gasóleo de calefacción, entregado a domicilio en los depósitos de los edificios e instalaciones municipales, señaladamente el Colegio Miralrío, el Instituto, el Colegio Cañada, el Polideportivo, la Residencia o Centro de la Tercera Edad y el Campo de Fútbol. Suministro de gasóleo A y gasolina sin plomo 95, repostados en surtidor para los vehículos de la flota municipal.; Suministro de gasóleo de calefacción, entregado a domicilio en los depósitos de los edificios e instalaciones municipales, señaladamente el Colegio Miralrío, el Instituto, el Colegio Cañada, el Polideportivo, la Residencia o Centro de la Tercera Edad y el Campo de Fútbol.
