Description

Contrato de suministro e instalación de césped artificial y adecuación del sistema de riego en Estadio Municipal Ciudad de Ayamonte, en la modalidad de renting. Se justifican, conforme a lo señalado en el artículo 28 LCSP los fines institucionales, la naturaleza y extensión de las necesidades administrativas a satisfacer mediante el mismo, la idoneidad de su objeto y contenido para satisfacerlas. Concretamente, la alta tasa de utilización del cesped artificial del Campo de Fútbol Ciudad de Ayamonte ha determinado que su vida útil haya sido superada presentando un avanzado estado de desgaste siendo necesaria la sustitución del mismo. Además presenta varios procesos patológicos por el deterioro de su superficie y la falta de drenaje derivados de la obturación de la canaleta perimetral. Asimismo, el pavimento del campo ha sufrido rotura del material quedando mermadas sus condiciones para el correcto uso. La necesidad a satisfacer es dotar al campo de las condiciones óptimas para la práctica del fútbol.
