Description

CETI de Melilla tiene capacidad para 782 residentes. Por ello, entre las prestaciones básicas que debe garantizar el Centro está, además de las ya expuestas, la de suministrar el vestuario que se considere necesario al conjunto de residentes. Para mantener adecuadamente esta prestación básica de suministro calzado para señora, caballero y niño es preciso proceder a la contratación que nos ocupa. En la actualidad se dispone de un contrato de suministro de calzado a cargo de la empresa BENYBEN SPORT, S.L., que se encuentra prorrogado hasta el 1 de julio de 2025, no siendo susceptible de una nueva prórroga, por lo que se decide sacar a licitación el contrato a través del presente procedimiento abierto, para un período de 12 meses, desde el 1 de mayo de 2026, o desde el día siguiente a la formalización del contrato si fuera posterior, en cuyo caso la ejecución se iniciará al día siguiente al de la formalización del contrato, salvo que se indique otra fecha en el documento de formalización.
