Description

Contrato mixto de suministro y servicios mediante acuerdo marco es establecer el régimen jurídico y económico aplicable al suministro y -en los casos expresamente enumerados-, el mantenimiento de los componentes estándares de vacío necesarios para el conjunto de instalaciones del Laboratorio de Luz Sincrotrón ALBA del CELLS que operan con el sistema de vacío y para las líneas de luz actualmente en operación, las que están en fase de pruebas/construcción y diseño y para las líneas futuras que durante la vigencia de este Acuerdo estén en una fase de diseño que permita conocer, aun aproximadamente, las necesidades de este tipo de Componentes. Suministro y mantenimiento de bombas turbomoleculares, en el rango de velocidades de bombeo de 60 hasta 700 l/s y el controlador asociado y cableado.
