Description

El presente contrato tiene por objeto el arrendamiento operativo (renting), sin opción de compra, de cinco (5) autobuses urbanos de tecnología 100% eléctrica (BEV) de 12 metros de longitud (Categoría M3, Clase I), para la renovación de la flota de EMTUSA. El objeto incluye la prestación del servicio de mantenimiento integral (preventivo y correctivo) de los vehículos durante la vigencia del contrato, así como la formación técnica del personal, excluyéndose expresamente las reparaciones derivadas de siniestros no imputables a garantía, vandalismo o uso indebido, que serán objeto de facturación independiente.
