Description

El objeto del contrato a que se refieren estos pliegos es el SUMINISTRO DE MATERIAL DE OFICINA DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE ZARAGOZA, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares Específicas (en adelante PCAPE) y en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares (en adelante PPT) que figuran en el expediente -se publican en el DOCUMENTO PLIEGOS-, cuyo conjunto de documentos integrantes tiene carácter contractual. En el anexo del PPT, así como en la relación adjunta al Anexo V del PCAPE, se detallan los consumos de los artículos más demandados por parte del Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza en los últimos años. Este anexo es una relación no exhaustiva del material de oficina utilizado por el Ayuntamiento y se utiliza a efectos de valoración económica de las ofertas, considerándose incluidos en el objeto del contrato todos los artículos del catálogo de la empresa adjudicataria siempre que se califiquen como material de oficina. La contratación respecto a los artículos de catálogo no incluidos en el anexo no tendrá carácter exclusivo, reservándose el Ayuntamiento el derecho a adquirirlos en el mercado siempre que exista una justificación por diferencia de precio.
