Suministro de materiales de ferretería que figuran en el anexo de materiales para el uso y consumo de los distintos centros, departamentos y edificios municipales del Ayuntamiento de Alcoy. Dentro del mantenimiento diario, con medios humanos propios, realizado en colegios, edificios municipales, viales, parques y jardines, cementerio e instalaciones temporales surge la necesidad de abastecer mediante material diverso y de manera rápida, eficaz y de calidad a los distintos operarios municipales. Por ello, se debe contratar el suministro de material necesario estableciendo una tarifa por precio unitario y un compromiso de disponibilidad, entrega y atención que se adapte a las necesidades propias del servicio y al funcionamiento propio del Ayuntamiento. A los efectos del presente Pliego se trata de que el adjudicatario se obliga a entregar una pluralidad de bienes de forma sucesiva y por precio unitario sin que la cuantía total se defina con exactitud al tiempo de celebrar el contrato, por estar subordinadas las entregas a las necesidades de la Administración.
