El objeto de este contrato es el suministro de un “Elipsómetro espectroscópico infrarrojo (Mid-Infrared Ellipsometer - MIRE)” de altas prestaciones, destinado a la caracterización no destructiva de materiales en el rango infrarrojo medio (MIR), correspondiente al proyecto de referencia EQC2025-009467-P, con destino a la Sala Blanca (Laboratorio de Micro y Nano fabricación, LAMINA), situada en el sótano del módulo 6 del Edificio El Sario (Campus de Arrosadia).
