Description
El objeto del contrato es el servicio de excursiones en embarcación por el litoral de Almería del Plan Turístico de Grandes Ciudades de Almería. De conformidad con el artículo 17 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, el presente contrato se califica como un contrato administrativo de servicios al ser su objeto una prestación de hacer consistente en el desarrollo de una actividad o dirigida a la obtención de un resultado distinto de una obra o un suministro.
