Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des travaux d'aménagement des espaces publics de l'îlot 2 de la ZAC Franciades-Opéra à Massy. Les travaux s'inscrivent dans le cadre de l'aménagement des abords du programme immobilier sous maîtrise d'ouvrage Nexity et comprennent notamment la réalisation des voiries, cheminements piétons, placettes, réseaux divers, ouvrages de gestion des eaux pluviales, revêtement de surface, mobiliers urbains, plantations et aménagement paysagers. Une part importante des aménagements est réalisée sur la dalle du parking du programme de Nexity. Les entreprises devront intégrer cette contrainte majeure dans l'organisation et l'exécution de leur travaux, notamment en ce qui concerne les terrassements, les charges admissibles, les interfaces.
