Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Planung, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von zwei Abluftbehandlungsanlagen für die Klärschlammtrocknung der ARA Oftringen im Projekt Ersatzbau Klärschlammverwertung . Gegenstand ist die Behandlung der belasteten Abluft aus den Klärschlammtrocknern (Trocknerabluft) sowie der Anliefer- und Stapelbunker (Bunkerabluft). Die Anlagen sind als mehrstufige Systeme (chemische Wäscherstufen und Biofilter) auszulegen und müssen die vorgegebenen Emissionsgrenzwerte zuverlässig einhalten. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst sämtliche projektspezifischen Komponenten wie Luftwäscher, Biofilter, Ventilatoren, Pumpen, Rohrleitungen, Armaturen, Abluftkamine sowie die erforderliche Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik. Die Anlagen sind auf hohe Betriebssicherheit, Energieeffizienz, Redundanz und Wartungsfreundlichkeit auszulegen und auf den Gesamtprozess der Klärschlammtrocknung abzustimmen.
