Extension of general planner services for the workshop and depot Ober Ebene, Bremgarten, SIA phases 3-5

This contract covers extended general planner services for a new workshop and depot facility at the Ober Ebene site in Bremgarten West, covering SIA project phases 3 to 5. The base mandate includes planning, construction and commissioning of the workshop and stabling facility. The extension now requires the infrastructure to be located at Ober Ebene as well: the planned underground car park is to be enlarged and an additional infrastructure building designed. Both the workshop and the infrastructure building will be accessed through the shared underground car park, and heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical services will run from a shared main central plant in the workshop basement. Because all buildings stand on the same plot, building law aspects such as building volumes, green spaces, drainage, retention and natural hazards must be assessed as a whole.
