Die Schweizerischen Bundesbahnen SBB führen im Rahmen der Migration vom heutigen Bahnfunkstandard GSM-R (Global System for Mobile Communications-Railway) auf den zukünftigen europäischen Standard FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System) umfangreiche Anpassungen an ihrer Bahnfunkinfrastruktur durch. Zur Gewährleistung einer wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Umsetzung sollen bestehende GSM-R-Antennenstandorte soweit möglich weiter genutzt werden. Aufgrund der zusätzlichen Anforderungen aus der neuen Funktechnologie, insbesondere der veränderten Antennenkonfigurationen sowie der erhöhten Anzahl von Antennenstandorten infolge der geringeren Funkreichweite im Frequenzbereich von 1,9 GHz, müssen bestehende Antennenmasten und deren Fundationen hinsichtlich Tragfähigkeit und Standsicherheit überprüft und bei Bedarf verstärkt beziehungsweise ertüchtigt werden. Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Planung und Durchführung von statischen Ertüchtigungs- und Verstärkungsmassnahmen an bestehenden Antennenmasten und deren Fundamenten auf dem gesamten Netz der SBB. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere: Statische Beurteilung bestehender Mast- und Fundamentkonstruktionen; Erarbeitung von objektspezifischen Verstärkungskonzepten; Dimensionierung und Nachweis der Ertüchtigungsmassnahmen; Erstellung der erforderlichen Ausführungsunterlagen; Fachtechnische Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung; Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation der ausgeführten Massnahmen. Mit den vorgesehenen Leistungen wird sichergestellt, dass bestehende Antennenstandorte den zukünftigen Anforderungen des FRMCS-Systems entsprechen und langfristig weiterbetrieben werden können.
