Construction of a service and rental station with till area and shop

The contract covers construction works for the erection of a service and rental station with a till area and shop in the cadastral municipality of Moenichkirchen. In the newly built operational building, a service and rental station will be laid out over two floors. On the ground floor, next to the main facade, there will be a till area for purchasing ski passes with both staffed and self-service tills, a sports shop, and a ski rental with an adjoining service workshop. The upper floor will house another sports shop, plus a dedicated rest area for bus drivers. The works include structural works, screed works, external thermal insulation composite systems and outdoor facilities. Works must be carried out while the ski lift operation is running.
