Lot 2 MOES-UIHERP-C3-EMERGENCY-29/L2/R «Procurement of equipment and related services for the installation of an automatic fire alarm system, fire warning system and evacuation management system in the administrative building of the T.G. Shevchenko National University «Chernigiv Collegium» at 13 Prospekt Myru, Chernihiv». 1. Ukraine received the Loan No. 9238-UA from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in US dollars to finance the Ukraine Improving Higher Education for Results Project and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the Contract No. MOES-UIHERP-C3-EMERGENCY-29/R: Lot 1. MOES-UIHERP-C3-EMERGENCY-29/L1/R «Procurement of equipment and related services for the installation of an automatic fire alarm system, fire warning system and evacuation management system in a dormitory 2 at the following address: 5 Oleg Mikhnyuk Street, Chernihiv». Lot 2 MOES-UIHERP-C3-EMERGENCY-29/L2/R «Procurement of equipment and related services for the installation of an automatic fire alarm system, fire warning system and evacuation management system in the administrative building of the T.G. Shevchenko National University «Chernigiv Collegium» at 13 Prospekt Myru, Chernihiv». 2. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine invites eligible participants to submit proposals for the supply of Goods and the provision of Related Services as detailed specified in the Technical Specification. The expected duration of the supply of goods is two (2) months from the date of signing the contract, and the expected duration of the related services is three (3) months from the date of delivery of the goods. 3. The World Bank requires compliance with the Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines and its applicable sanctions policies and procedures, as outlined in the World Bank Group Sanctions Framework. In further compliance with this policy, Bidders shall permit and require their agents (whether declared or not), subcontractors, sub-consultants, service providers, suppliers and personnel to permit the Bank to inspect all invoices, records and other documents relating to the request for quotations and execution of the contract (in case of award), as well as for their verification by auditors appointed by the Bank. 4.
