Description

Le marché a pour objet de confier au titulaire l’entretien et la maintenance des installations de génie climatique suivantes : Installations de chauffage (production, réseaux, régulateurs, ventiloconvecteurs, chaudières, pot à boues…) ; Installations de climatisation (production, réseaux, régulateurs, ventiloconvecteurs…) ; Installations de production et de distribution d’eau chaude sanitaire ; Installations de ventilation (Centrale de Traitement d’Air [CTA], Ventilation Mécanique Contrôlée [VMC], clapets, gaines, bouches...) ; Installations de plomberie et sanitaire (cuve WC, chasse d’eau, mitigeur, vannes...). Les prestations du marché s’effectuent sur les trois sites du centre Inria de l’Université de Lille, composé des bâtiments A et B d’environ 4 000 m² chacun et du bâtiment C d’environ 3000 m². Le bâtiment A est situé au Parc Scientifique de la Haute Borne - 40 Avenue Halley - 59650 Villeneuve d’Ascq. Le bâtiment B est localisé au Parc Scientifique de la Haute Borne - 6 Rue Héloïse - 59650 Villeneuve d’Ascq. Le bâtiment C est au 170-172 Avenue de Bretagne - 59000 Lille. Le cahier des clauses particulières (CCP) précise le cas particulier du bâtiment B où il y a du matériel neuf et ancien. Ce marché est un marché de type Prestation Forfaitaire (PF). Le titulaire a en charge l’exploitation et la conduite des installations et les travaux d’entretien courant qui font l’objet d’un règlement forfaitaire des prestations suivantes : La conduite et le dépannage des installations : prestation P2 ; La garantie totale : prestation P3 (pièces et main d’œuvre incluses).
