Предмет закупівлі буде придбано відповідно постанови КМУ від 02.03.2022 №178 «Деякі питання обкладення податку на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану». Товар необхідний Покупцеві виключно для переобладнання автомобіля забезпечення зв’язку відповідно до Технічних вимог на обладнання кузову автомобіля типу «фургон» з габаритами L2H2 в автомобіль забезпечення зв’язку v.2, затверджені наказом командувача Національної гвардії України від 29.04.2026 № 2/20182/01/7/2-2026. Автомобіль забезпечення зв’язку є спеціальним транспортним засобом, а майно, яке буде закуплене, закладене в балансову вартість автомобіля забезпечення зв’язку як складовий елемент цього спеціального транспортного засобу.
