Закупівля енергосервісу здійснюється на підставі наявної потреби, згідно Закону України "Про запровадження нових інвестиційних можливостей, гарантування прав та законних інтересів суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності для проведення масштабної енергомодернізації" з урахуванням положень п.68-76 постанови КМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022 р. "Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування" зі змінами.
The purchase of energy services is carried out based on the existing need, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the introduction of new investment opportunities, guaranteeing the rights and legitimate interests of business entities for large-scale energy modernization", taking into account the provisions of paragraphs 68-76 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1178 dated October 12, 2022 "On approval of the features of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", for the period of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation" as amended.
