Description

Gegenstand der Beschaffung bildet die Führung der öffentlichen Energieberatungsstelle der RKBM ab 01.01.2028 bis 31.12.2031. Die öffentliche Energieberatung Bern-Mittelland führt die unabhängige Energieberatungsstelle (EBS) im Auftrag des Kantons Bern. Ziel der Energieberatung ist es, eine effiziente, sparsame, wirtschaftliche und umweltschonende Energieversorgung und -nutzung zu fördern. Die Energieberatung deckt sämtliche Themen rund um den Bau und Betrieb von Liegenschaften ab, wie energieeffizientes Bauen und Sanieren, Wahl der richtigen Heizung, Verringerung des Energiebedarfs (Licht, Warmwasser etc.), Umstellung auf alternative Energiequellen etc. Je nach Anliegen erfolgt die Beratung per Telefon oder E-Mail, am RKBM-Standort in Bern sowie in ein oder zwei dezentral gelegenen Gemeinden innerhalb des Perimeters der RKBM oder direkt beim Kunden vor Ort.
