Vadovaujantis VPĮ 45 str. 1 d. 1 p. ir pirkimo dokumentų 18 p. UAB „Mažeikių inžinerinių tinklų statyba“ pasiūlymas atmetamas kaip neatitinkantis pirkimo dokumentuose nustatytų reikalavimų. UAB „KRS“ pasiūlyta kaina viršija viešajam pirkimui skirtas lėšas, t. y., pasiūlymo kaina yra perkančiajai organizacijai per didelė ir nepriimtina. Vadovaujantis VPĮ 45 straipsnio 1 dalies 5 punktu ir VPĮ 29 straipsnio 2 dalies 2 punktu pirkimo procedūros laikomos baigtomis.
