Звертаємо увагу Учасників, що Замовнику необхідний саме електрокардіограф (апарат ЕКГ) з можливістю проведення досліджень як дорослим, так і дітям. У зв’язку з тим, що функціоналом електронного каталогу не передбачено можливості зазначення у технічних характеристиках вимоги щодо наявності педіатричних (дитячих) електродів, Замовник додатково зазначає дану вимогу у примітках до запиту пропозиції ціни та в Додатку 1 до договору. Товар повинен бути новим, таким, що не був у використанні, та поставлятися у комплектації відповідно до заявленої моделі виробника, з обов’язковою наявністю: електродів грудних педіатричних (дитячих); електродів для кінцівок педіатричних (дитячих); електродів грудних для дорослих; електродів для кінцівок для дорослих. При укладанні Договору Переможець повинен надати документи, зазначені в п. 1.5 Договору. Країна походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран, відповідно до вимог пункту 57 Порядку формування та застосування електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822.
