Description

L'accord-cadre est exécutoire à compter du 1er janvier 2027 ou de sa date de notification au titulaire si celle-ci est postérieure, jusqu'au 31/12/2027. Il pourra ensuite faire l'objet de 2 reconduction(s) tacite(s) d'un an au 1er janvier de chaque année sans que son terme ne puisse excéder le 31/12/2029. Le prestataire ne peut s'y opposer. L'éventuelle décision de non reconduction sera notifiée dans un délai maximal de 2 mois avant la date de fin de la période considérée et n'ouvrira pas droit à indemnité au titulaire. La reconduction pourra également avoir lieu en cas d'atteinte du montant maximum au cours de ladite période. S'agissant d'un accord-cadre qui fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles, les bons de commande peuvent être émis jusqu'au dernier jour de validité du présent accord-cadre. Le présent accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Chacun des lots fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre séparé
