Description

Hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping ühekordse kasutusega kirurgiliste operatsioonide vahendite trokaaride ja retraktorite ostmiseks. Toodete kirjeldused on toodud Lisas 1. Hanke objekti kuulub samuti iga pakutava toote kasutamise koolituse läbiviimine hankija nõudmisel. Koolitus tuleb läbi viia eesti keeles ja selle toimumiskohaks on vastavalt sihtasutus Tartu Ülikooli Kliinikum, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu või aktsiaselts „Põlva Haigla“ Uus 2, Põlva. Hange on jaotatud 15-ks osaks. Pakkumuse võib esitada kas ühele või mitmele osale. Raamlepingud sõlmitakse vastavalt Lisa 2 (1 hankija) või Lisa 3 (2 hankijat) tingimustel iga osa kohta eraldi tähtajaga 30.09.2029.
