Description

Hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping tsütostaatiliste ravimite manustamiseks ettevalmistamisel ja ülekandmisel kasutatavad täiskinnise lahendusega ühekordsete tarvikute ostmiseks. Toodete kirjeldused on toodud Lisas 1. Hanke objekti kuulub samuti iga pakutava toote kasutamise koolituse läbiviimine hankija nõudmisel. Koolitus tuleb läbi viia eesti keeles ja selle toimumiskohaks on sihtasutus Tartu Ülikooli Kliinikum, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu. Hange on jaotatud 2-ks osaks. Pakkumuse võib esitada kas ühele või mitmele osale. Raamlepingud sõlmitakse vastavalt Lisa 2 tingimustel iga osa kohta eraldi tähtajaga 30.09.2029.
