Description
Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on Eesti ajakirjanduspärandi digiteerimisteenuse tellimine vastavalt hankedokumentides (sh lisas 1) esitatud tingimustele. Riigihangete registrisse märgitud hankelepingu alguskuupäev on eelduslik ja pole õiguslikult siduv. Hankeleping jõustub sõlmimisel ja hankelepingu täitmise tähtaeg on hiljemalt 16 (kuusteist) kuud hankelepingu sõlmimisest. Trükiste digiteerimine peab olema lõpetatud hiljemalt 15 (viieteistkümne) kuu jooksul hankelepingu sõlmimisest.
