Hanke esemeks on peamiselt erinevad siseruumide koristus- ja puhastustööd (EVS 807 „Kinnisvarakeskkonna korraldus ja korrashoid“ tegevuse koodid 330-339), aga võivad olla ka muud lisa 1 "Tehniline kirjeldus" punktis 1 nimetatud teenused (edaspidi ka teenus). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest Objektid asuvad Tallinnas, Harjumaal ja Raplamaal. Hooldus- ja valvekoristuse mahtu kuulub hanke alustamise seisuga 34 hoonet kogupinnaga ca 31 000 m2, suuremad objektid asuvad Tallinnas.
