Estonia - Measurement services - Railway track surveying service 2027 - 2029

AS Eesti Raudtee is procuring railway track geometry measurement services on its rail network using a track measuring wagon, together with the transport of that wagon. The scope covers track geometry diagnostic services on the buyer's infrastructure, with an estimated volume of around 8,700 km per year, plus or minus 10%. The contractor must also provide locomotive services with its own locomotives and crews to haul the track measuring wagon on the buyer's railway infrastructure, in line with the train timetable and the buyer's orders, for approximately 480 hours of wagon transport per year, plus or minus 10%. The service period runs from 2027 to 2029.
