Description

1. Sõlmitava hankelepingu esemeks on vastavalt riigihanke alusdokumentides ja pakkumuses sätestatud tingimustele mööblidetailide ostmine koos transportimise, paigaldamise, müügigarantii ja muude lisateenuste osutamisega. Ostetavateks mööblidetailideks on elektriliselt reguleeritavad lauajalad ja töötoolide rattad, mis paigaldatakse hankija olemasolevatele lauaplaatidele ja töötoolidele. Käesoleva hankega ei hangita uusi terviklikke mööbliesemeid ega looda uusi mööbliesemeid, vaid parendatakse ja kohandatakse hankija olemasolevat mööblit. 2. Nõuded mööblidetailidele ja nõuded lepingu täitmise käigus pakkuja poolt osutatavatele teenustele on kirjeldatud eelkõige riiigihanke selgitava dokumendi (RSD) lisas nr 2 asuvas „Hankelepingu eseme tehnilises kirjelduses (TK)“ ja selle lisas (TK lisa nr 1 „Mööblidetailide täpsustav kirjeldus“). 3.
