Hangitavate tööde mahus on Mõisa tee 1 kivi terrassi kinni ehitamine vastavalt eskiisjoonisele ja lähteülesandele. Tööd on planeeritud ühte ossa. Tööde teostamise tähtaeg on 31.10.2026. Objektiga tutvumine ja mahtude määramine enne pakkumuse esitamist on KOHUSTUSLIK, hilisemaid pretensioone ei rahuldata. TUTVUMISEKS on KINDEL PÄEV 11.05.2026 kell 10.00; Mõisa tee 1, Viimsi alevik.
