Description

Hanke eesmärgiks on isikukaitsevahendite (lisa 1, tehniline kirjeldus) soetamine kohaletoimetamisega tarneaadressile. Eduka pakkujaga sõlmitakse hankeleping (lisa 2 hankeleping, lisa 3 hankelepingu üldtingimused) ja fikseeritakse lepinguperioodiks (kestusega 12 kuud) toote maksimaalne ühikumaksumus ning tarneaeg. Hankija ei aktsepteeri tarneaega, mis on pikem kui 40 päeva ja tunnistab sellise pakkumuse mittevastavaks.
