The contract covers construction works for a compact near-zero-energy building at Keila School in Estonia. The buyer is Keila Municipality and the works take place in Keila at Pargi 2e. The existing central block of the school building will be demolished and replaced with a new near-zero-energy building with a closed net area of 3269.3 m2, planned as a single construction stage including demolition, construction of the new part, outdoor space, and connection to the existing buildings at Pargi tn 2e/1 and the historic building at Pargi 2.
