Description
Katastritööde teostamine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele (Lisa 1). Töö tähtaeg: 5 kuu jooksul alates hankelepingu jõustumisest. Samas piirkonnas (Ida-Viru maakond,) võib lisanduda objekte, millele on vaja teostada katastritöid või tehnilises kirjelduses toodud objektide katastritööde vajadus võib ära langeda. Lepingu mahu muutumisel vormistatakse lepingu muudatus. Kui mahu muutmise vajadus selgub enne hankelepingu sõlmimist, siis sõlmitakse leping vastavalt lepingu sõlmimise hetkel teadaolevale mahule ja objektide arvule. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
