Elektrienergia ostmine vastavalt tegelikule tarbimisele (kogutarne) riigihanke alusdokumentides toodud tingimustel Tapa vallavalitsusele, tema hallatavatele asutustele ning Tapa valla tänavavalgustuse tarbeks.
