Description

Hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping ühekordse kasutusega biopsianõelte ja -instrumentide ostmiseks. Toodete kirjeldused on toodud Lisas 1. Hanke objekti kuulub samuti iga pakutava toote kasutamise koolituse läbiviimine hankija nõudmisel. Koolitus tuleb läbi viia eesti keeles ja selle toimumiskohaks on vastavalt sihtasutus Tartu Ülikooli Kliinikum, L. Puusepa 8, Tartu või aktsiaselts „Põlva Haigla“ Uus 2, Põlva. Hange on jaotatud 13-ks osaks. Pakkumuse võib esitada kas ühele või mitmele osale. Raamlepingud sõlmitakse vastavalt Lisa 2 (1 hankija) või Lisa 3 (2 hankijat) tingimustel iga osa kohta eraldi tähtajaga 30.09.2029. Juhul, kui mitmes osas tunnistatakse edukaks sama pakkuja, sõlmitakse temaga üks raamleping, milles hõlmatakse kõik vastavad hanke osad.
