Serveis de manteniment integral i suport tècnic de la plataforma tecnològica GICA0 (Gestió Integral del Cicle de l'Aigua), destinada al suport de les inspeccions, el control d'abocaments i la gestió de dades dels sistemes de sanejament. L'abast del contracte inclou, de manera enunciativa i no limitativa, les següents actuacions: • Manteniment evolutiu, correctiu i preventiu que inclou l'actualització permanent de l'aplicatiu per garantir-ne el funcionament òptim. • Manteniment operatiu del mòdul de control d'abocaments: Suport tècnic i funcional als usuaris de l'aplicatiu incloent-hi l'assistència remota o telefònica per a la resolució d'incidències.
