Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags mit einem Anbieter für die Lieferung von E-Bikes für die kantonale Verwaltung des Kantons Bern sowie für Träger öffentlicher Aufgaben. Der Anbieter muss sämtliche nachfolgend definierten Modelle abdecken können. Teilangebote sind nicht zulässig. Ausgeschrieben werden folgende Modelle: E-Bike bis 45 km/h Strasse E-Bike bis 25 km/h Strasse / Urban / Tour E-Bike bis 25 km/h SUV / vollgefedert Die detaillierten Anforderungen an die einzelnen Modelle werden in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen, insbesondere in den Pflichtenheften, verbindlich definiert. Aktuell werden in der kantonalen Verwaltung des Kantons Bern sowie bei Trägern öffentlicher Aufgaben rund 250 E-Bikes betrieben. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung dient der künftigen Beschaffung von Ersatz-E-Bikes sowie der Bereitstellung eines einheitlichen Rahmenvertrags für den Bezug von E-Bikes in den ausgeschriebenen Kategorien. Der Anbieter hat für das gesamte Kantonsgebiet zwingend entweder einen Hol- und Bringservice oder einen Service vor Ort am Standort des Nutzers anzubieten. Damit ist sicherzustellen, dass Wartung, Reparatur und betrieblicher Support während der gesamten Vertragsdauer flächendeckend gewährleistet sind. Diese Anforderung gilt nicht nur für die im Rahmenvertrag angebotenen E-Bike-Modelle, sondern ausdrücklich auch für die bestehenden E-Bikes der Marken Stromer und Thömus. Die Wartung und Reparatur dieser Bestandes-E-Bikes ist während der gesamten Vertragsdauer als zwingende Leistung sicherzustellen.
