Description

1.Учасник повинен мати розвинену мережу власних, орендованих та/або партнерських стаціонарних автозаправних станцій (далі - АЗС) яка налічує не менше 10 АЗС у м. Києві (одна з яких за віддаленістю від вул. Боричів Тік, 28, не більше 5 км (по проїзній частині). 2. Відпуск палива має здійснюватися по талонам цілодобово, включаючи суботу, неділю, святкові та неробочі дні за потребою Замовника. Видача палива здійснюється в спеціальні ємності (незалежно від їх об’єму), які відповідають вимогам транспортування та зберігання. 3. Учасник повинен мати можливість видачі талонів на всю замовлену кількість придбаного Замовником дизельного палива. 4. Строк дії талонів на видачу палива має становити не менше ніж до 31.12.2026. У разі, якщо Учасник здійснює перехід на талони нового зразка, він повинен здійснити рівноцінний обмін талонів старого зразка, що залишилися у Замовника та не були реалізовані, на талони нового зразка, в тому числі стосовно талонів, що залишились у Замовника після закінчення строку їх дії. У разі втрати Замовником талонів Учасник бере на себе зобов’язання, за зверненням Замовника, заблокувати втрачені талони та здійснити їх заміну на нові. 5. Учасник здійснює поставку товару Замовнику у талонах номіналом 10 л та 20 л у співвідношенні 40% і 60%; місце поставки: м. Київ, вл. Боричів Тік, 28. 6. Паливо повинно відповідати чинним державним стандартам, технічним умовам та чинному законодавству щодо показників якості такого виду товару.
