The oil must be fresh and unused mineral transformer oil, uniform in origin, obtained by distillation of crude oil and refining of the petroleum distillate, conforming to BDS EN 60296 or an equivalent standard, and free of pour point depressant. It is intended for use as an insulating and cooling fluid in 110/MV and MV/0.4 kV power transformers and in step regulators. The oil must also meet IEC 60296:2012 or equivalent, including valid amendments. Delivery place: Sofia, 32 Gintsi Street.
