Умови поставки: Заявки на поставку Товару подаються Замовником Учаснику не пізніше ніж за 2 календарні дні до терміну поставки шляхом направлення письмової заявки, засобами електронної пошти або факсимільного зв’язку. Товар вважається переданим Учасником та прийнятим Замовником за кількістю та якістю з моменту фактичного отримання Товару відповідно до умов цього Договору. Якість Товару повинна відповідати чинним на дату поставки вимогам державних стандартів (ДСТУ) та іншим нормативно-технічним документам, що встановлюють вимоги до такого виду товару. Примітки: Країною походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран. Шляхом подання пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови КМУ № 822.
