Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до норм постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» та постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822 «Про затвердження Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу». Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі без урахування податку на додану вартість. У пропозиції ціна подається без урахування податку на додану вартість. Оцінка пропозицій постачальників проводиться без урахування податку на додану вартість. Договір між замовником та переможцем відбору укладається відповідно до вимог законодавства. У сумі договору повинен враховуватися податок на додану вартість у разі, коли постачальник товару є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість.
