Постачальник зобов’язується поставити Товар у кількості, визначеній Специфікацією, протягом 5 (п’яти) робочих днів з дати отримання заявки Покупця, якщо інший строк не визначений у Специфікації та/або запиті пропозицій постачальників в електронному каталозі. Поставка Товару здійснюється силами, засобами та за рахунок Постачальника до місця поставки: Закарпатська область, м. Свалява, вул. Набережна, 28. Покупець залишає за собою право змінити місце поставки Товару, про що Сторони складають додаткову угоду. Постачальник зобов’язаний одночасно з Товаром передати Покупцю документи (технічний паспорт, сертифікат якості тощо), що стосуються Товару та підлягають переданню разом із Товаром відповідно до цього Договору та чинного законодавства України.
